My name is Doug Kirchmann and I live in Johannesburg South Africa with my beautiful wife, Tash, and our two young sons, Brady and Cavin. Here we are……

My Twitter Bio describes me as a Small Business Systems Enthusiast, Network Builder, Pro CashFlow 101 Player, Entrepreneur, Dream Catcher, Motivator, Futuristic and Strategic Lover of Life.

Which is straight forward and I wanted to simply expand on the first three points:

>>> Small Business Systems Enthusiast ~  For the past 6 years I have built 2 of my own businesses (a Recruitment Agency and a Business Coaching Agency) and consulted on small business systems – both marketing and people systems.

>>> Network Builder ~ Argue as you may but mark my words large businesses that employ are slowly vanishing.  If you are planning on being an employee you should prepare to make other plans.  Networks of skills are paramount.

>>> Pro CashFlow 101 Player ~ I run a Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad) CashFlow Club. My passion here is to take people through the CashFlow Quadrant from Employee and prepare them for the future I spoke about above.
