“You possess the capacity to be a leader within the sphere of the purpose for which you were born.” – Myles Munroe
You don’t need to be a leader in everything. But you have the potential to be a leader in your field of expertise, Doug.
As a husband you have the potential to lead your family – not boss them around, but be a servant leader.
As a parent you have the capacity to lead your children.
It is your purpose and unique skills which drive your leadership ability. If you knew nothing about advertising, you could not lead an advertising agency.
Or for example, if you are a great sales person, but also had a teaching skill, you could lead and guide others to improve their sales techniques.
You can be a great leader, but focus your leadership in the area of your purpose.
